Our Rights and Duties

We shall provide services according to their requirements and will act in a responsible manner to this contract. We shall provide a comprehensive service with regards to the said tour. We shall in particular provide: accommodation according to promised standard, board, program, guide, transport and other services specified in the tour program, subject to availability of such services at time of purchase/booking order and subsequent confirmation of such service to Your Group.  

Changes/Alterations: All changes of details/routes/itineraries and other arrangements of confirmed tour must be advised in advance to You and Youmust agree. In the case of inevitable changes we must inform You immediately and provide the same level of services or higher. We will ensure in all cases that changes do not affect the standard and quality of the tour. In the case of non-provided service (non effectuated transfer, non effectuated city tour) due to the negligence of us, We are obligated to compensate the service to the client. We shall however not be held responsible for any damage in clients’ perception whatsoever arising from any alteration or cancellation.    

Liability:
1) We only acts as an agent for the principals and accordingly accepts no liability for any loss or damage which any passenger may suffer as a result of the failure of such principals to fulfill their obligations, whether in relation to travel arrangements, accommodation or otherwise. Any information contained in the proposed quotations is to the best of our knowledge true and correct and we accept no liability for any innocent inaccuracies contained therein.
2) We shall inform immediately any changes of all services and details that are essential for fulfillment of the subject matter of this contract to you. 3) Similarly we shall be informed about relevant activities of you affecting the fulfillment of the content of this contract.
