Refunds
Requests for refunds must be directed in writing to the agency that sold you the program. No refunds will be made on individual features, transfers, or sightseeing voluntarily omitted by the participant. No refunds for unused services will be issued. Refunds for cancelled flights or changes in reservations will be made in accordance with the rules of the carrier.
In case of unsatisfactory performance and execution of tour/trip due to the gross negligence by FJCCT, Your group should present to us a written report about details of unsatisfactory performance, etc. We will look into the case and negotiate with You and your group for the claim of the reasonable and fair refund.
